Understanding how
MANIDASO works
Trade often fails when responsibility becomes unclear. Goods move, money moves, and decisions are made — but the sequence of events is not always preserved in a way that keeps accountability visible.
MANIDASO brings structure to those moments by connecting sourcing, verification, payment conditions, and movement into a defined operational sequence.
Explore the system, the standards, and the layers that support structured trade.

A structured sequence for trade
Trade routes within MANIDASO follow a defined progression that connects sourcing, verification, payment commitments, and the movement of goods.
Each stage governs a different responsibility within the lifecycle of a transaction.
Listings, checks, payment commitments, and custody transitions are connected so that trade progresses through documented stages rather than isolated actions.
Many routes follow the full sequence. Others may enter the system at different stages depending on how the transaction originates.
All activity within the platform contributes to the MANIDASO Trust File.
Four operational layers support the platform
Each layer governs a specific stage of the trade route while contributing to a single structured transaction record.
Mart
Mart is where many trade routes begin. Approved sellers present goods or supply opportunities, and buyers identify products suited to their needs.
Listings are governed by participation standards designed to ensure that supply introduced into the platform meets basic structural requirements.
Verify
Verify introduces structured checks before trade progresses. Verification may confirm participant identity, supplier legitimacy, documentation readiness, or other conditions required for the route.
Verification records form part of the transaction history, helping ensure that key approvals remain visible.
Pay
Pay introduces structure around how financial commitments relate to the progress of a trade route. Payment conditions may align financial actions with agreed transaction stages.
MANIDASO does not operate as a financial institution. The platform structures how payment commitments connect to the broader trade sequence.
Move
Move governs the physical progression of goods within a trade route. As goods pass between participants, locations, or operators, custody transitions may be recorded.
Movement records strengthen the accountability chain across the route.
A record of key transaction events
Across Mart, Verify, Pay, and Move, the platform preserves a structured record of important actions within a trade route.
Verification events, payment confirmations, and custody transitions may be recorded within the MANIDASO Trust File.
Trade should leave a record.
When responsibility, goods, or financial commitments change hands, those moments remain visible.
Routes may begin in different ways
While many transactions originate in Mart, trade may enter the system through several structured pathways.
Marketplace-origin trade
Many routes begin in the marketplace and progress through the full sequence.
This represents the most complete expression of the MANIDASO operating model.
Structured external trade
Some transactions originate outside the marketplace but still require structured oversight.
Where appropriate, these routes may enter the system at Verify, Pay, or Move.
A structured environment for trade
MANIDASO does not replace commercial decision-making.
Participants remain responsible for the agreements they choose to enter.
The platform structures how trade progresses so that responsibility remains visible as transactions move forward.
By connecting sourcing, verification, payment commitments, and movement into a single operational framework, MANIDASO helps ensure that trade activity leaves a traceable record.
The system can be expressed simply
Many transactions follow this full progression. Others may enter the system at different stages when the platform approves and the trade route meets MANIDASO standards.
In every case, the objective remains the same: to introduce structure, accountability, and recorded oversight into the movement of goods, payments, and responsibility across trade routes.
