MANIDASO TRUST FILE

The record that governs trust on MANIDASO

MANIDASO structures trade through defined checks, recorded actions, and controlled progression.

The Trust File explains how eligibility, payment conditions, delivery handling, and outcomes are documented within a single governed transaction record.

Defined checks. Recorded actions. Accountable progression.

What a Trust File is

A Trust File is the structured transaction record created when a MANIDASO Trade Reference is issued.

It documents the checks performed, conditions applied, milestones recorded, and final outcomes that govern how a transaction progresses.

Rather than relying on informal communication, the Trust File provides a consistent record of actions across verification, payment handling, and delivery checkpoints.

  • Eligibility checks completed before access or progression
  • Payment conditions recorded where funds handling applies
  • Delivery milestones logged from handover to completion
  • Outcomes recorded at closure of the transaction
Trust Files are private transaction records. Individual files are not published publicly.
Trade Reference
The reference number used to track a transaction through MANIDASO.
Trust File
The internal record linked to that reference, showing what was checked and recorded.
Checkpoint
A recorded step in the process (for example: handover, dispatch, delivery).
Outcome
The final status: completed, cancelled, or moved to resolution.

Why Trust Files exist

Trade environments often involve multiple parties, varying levels of information, and changing conditions.

Trust Files exist to reduce ambiguity by ensuring that key actions are documented within a consistent framework.

They provide clarity on:

  • Who has been verified and for what purpose
  • What conditions must be met before progression
  • Which stages have been completed and recorded
  • What actions are required next

What a Trust File contains

Each Trust File records the core elements required to manage progression within MANIDASO workflows.

Eligibility record

Documents the checks applied before protected access or progression.

Payment conditions

Records release or refund rules where funds handling applies.

Delivery checkpoints

Logs key milestones from handover through completion.

Outcome record

Confirms final status, including closure or resolution.

How Trust Files work

Trust Files operate through a structured workflow where each stage is recorded before progression to the next step.

REFERENCE ISSUED → ELIGIBILITY CONFIRMED → CONDITIONS ACTIVATED → CHECKPOINTS RECORDED → OUTCOME CLOSED

Progression depends on meeting defined requirements.

If conditions are not met, the transaction may pause until those requirements are satisfied.

Key entries may include timestamps, status changes, and supporting evidence references.

How participants access Trust File records

Participants do not access the full Trust File directly. Instead, they view a controlled summary through the Trade Reference tracking system.

Access is restricted to authorised participants and permitted MANIDASO staff, based on role and visibility controls.

  • Status and recorded checkpoints are visible through tracking
  • Only relevant information is shown to authorised participants
  • Sensitive documentation remains protected
  • Access is governed by verification and platform rules

What Trust Files do not do

Trust Files record actions within MANIDASO workflows but do not replace contractual agreements or external compliance requirements.

  • Does not guarantee delivery or performance outcomes
  • Does not certify identity beyond checks performed
  • Does not provide legal or financial advice
  • Does not override external contractual obligations

When a Trust File is created

A Trust File is created only after review and issuance of a MANIDASO Trade Reference.

  • Following approval of a trade request or onboarding
  • When eligibility checks are completed
  • When a transaction enters a controlled progression stage
  • When payment or delivery handling is activated

How Trust Files support MANIDASO services

Trust Files connect the core platform services by ensuring that each operates within a consistent recorded framework.

Verify
Records eligibility checks before access
Pay
Documents payment conditions and release rules
Move
Logs delivery checkpoints and handling records
Mart
Records onboarding and listing eligibility outcomes

Important information

Trust Files reflect recorded steps within the MANIDASO system and operate only within defined platform boundaries.

  • Records reflect information available at the time of review
  • Progression depends on meeting defined requirements
  • Availability may change due to operational or compliance factors
  • Records remain subject to governance controls
