Proof of payment or transfer (receipt, bank confirmation, or transaction ID)
Shipment or consignment reference (where applicable)
Item photos and condition evidence (incl. damage)
Message trail with timestamps (WhatsApp/SMS/email)
MANIDASO confirmation messages (reference emails/receipts)

Minimum required

Full name and WhatsApp number
What the case relates to (clear summary)
Country (and city where possible)
Reference ID (if available)
Proof of payment (minimum: transaction reference) for any payment-related concern
Redact sensitive card/bank details where possible.
