Authority and Standing

These Platform Standards are issued by MANIDASO LTD as the operator and governing authority of the MANIDASO Trade Governance Platform. Each published Platform Standard forms part of the official MANIDASO Platform Standards Register and establishes the governance requirements applicable within its defined scope. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the current published version constitutes the sole authoritative version of the standard.

To establish a controlled and consistent basis for assessing, recording and approving proposed trades before they progress into verification, payment, movement or Trust File administration.

Operational Scope

This standard defines the operational scope and governance requirements applicable to the submission, assessment and controlled acceptance of trade entries within the MANIDASO Trade Governance Platform. It establishes the minimum information, participant identification, trade data, supporting documentation and entry controls required before a trade may progress to subsequent platform functions. Submission of a trade entry does not, of itself, constitute acceptance, approval or authorisation for further progression.

Compliance with this standard is required within its defined scope. Identified non-compliance must be assessed, recorded and addressed through the applicable governance process.

Material omission, misrepresentation or failure to satisfy mandatory entry requirements must prevent or suspend progression.
