Purpose

The MANIDASO Structured Trade Progression defines the governance sequence through which proposed trade activity may progress within the platform.

Rather than treating trade as a single transaction, MANIDASO applies distinct governance stages to different aspects of commercial activity. Each stage serves a separate operational purpose and contributes to the overall integrity of the trade record.

Progression is governed. Advancement depends upon the applicable requirements for the trade concerned and should not be interpreted as automatic or guaranteed.

Commercial entry should not be interpreted as confirmation of eligibility, approval or acceptance.

Its purpose is to establish the proposed trade from which governance activities may subsequently proceed.

Verify

Governance Assessment

Verify determines whether a proposed trade satisfies the governance requirements applicable to its intended progression.

Verification is intended to support informed operational decision-making through structured review rather than assumption.

Successful progression beyond Verify depends upon the outcome of the applicable governance assessment.

The detailed assessment methodology remains proprietary to MANIDASO.

Pay

Payment Governance

Pay governs the progression of payment activity associated with a trade.

Rather than treating payment as a standalone commercial event, MANIDASO applies payment governance within the broader context of the overall trade.

Payment progression may therefore remain subject to applicable governance conditions before subsequent operational activities occur.

The Trust File maintains the authoritative operational record associated with trade activity governed through MANIDASO.

Rather than relying upon isolated documents or disconnected communications, the Trust File provides a structured record of material governance activity throughout the lifecycle of the trade.

The Trust File supports continuity, accountability and transparency by preserving the official record associated with governed trade progression.

The internal architecture of the Trust File forms part of the proprietary operating environment of MANIDASO.

Resolve

Structured Resolution

Where normal progression cannot continue, Resolve provides the governance pathway through which relevant issues may be recorded, assessed and managed.

Resolve supports the orderly management of exceptions without requiring the remainder of the governance framework to be disregarded.

Resolution activities are applied according to the circumstances of the relevant trade.
